Quality Aligned Pine Wood

To offer solutions tailored to each application, we classify our pine wood into four main categories: • Industrial Quality: Removed from the third cut of the trunk, this wood has many knots and sources of resin. It is ideal for packaging industries, sofa structures and other applications where aesthetics are not a priority. • Col Quality: From the first and second cuts of the trunk, without additional selection. In this quality, boards are found with a mixture of characteristics: some with knots and resin sources, others with few or no defects, offering a balance between cost and versatility. • Semi-clean: Selected rigorously, this wood only has small, loose knots and marrow on just one side. It is an excellent choice for applications that require a good balance between aesthetics and functionality. • Clean: Selected with the utmost rigor, this wood is free from knots or defects on both sides. We classify boards into fixed widths, ensuring that, for example, a 150mm pallet contains all boards of that width. We also work with pallets of “mixed” widths, where several board widths are combined, designed for customers where the width of the board is not important and thus have a more competitive product for the market. • Fixed Widths: We work with widths between 100mm and 240mm, and we guarantee consistency in each pallet (e.g.: a 150mm pallet will contain all boards with that width). • Mixed Widths: For industries where width is not a critical factor, we offer pallets of varying widths, providing a more economical solution. Lengths We offer a wide range of standard lengths: • Available Lengths: 2250mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 4000mm, 4500mm and 5000mm. • Upon Consultation: Possibility of other lengths upon availability check.
